Colts Neck, New Jersey —– Better Homes Realty, a full service Real Estate Company, has just announced that it has appointed Sarah Bandy, of The Bandy Group, “Director of International Division for Latin America”.
To support this appointment, The Bandy Group will head up the (BHRE) International Division within its core group and will be responsible for travel back and forth in hopes of capturing a significant portion of the vibrant Latin American real estate market.
The appointment of Sarah Bandy was an obvious choice in recognition of her extensive travel and knowledge of these countries and their customs combined with her strong marketing background.
Sarah has established an extensive network of commercial contacts throughout the region and this, combined with her current experience, will undoubtedly create new and exciting real estate opportunities in the years to come.
The decision to bring aboard a qualified specialist such as Ms. Bandy to direct our in-house efforts, positions Better Homes in the best posture to intensify and enhance its overseas relationship with realtors, investors and home buyers alike, and, in doing so, will fully maximize our growth potential.

What to do when you get the itch to have New York City style food and fun but you don’t feel like trekking into the city?? Well, look no further than Teak, located in Red Bank New Jersey.
Although Teak is known for its Asian Flair, last Friday night it was transformed into a Latin house complete with an amazing Salsa band.
Of course you never know who you will bump into while on the dance floor.
It’s always fun to see other real estate agents as well as clients out enjoying the town too.
If you missed last weeks party, don’t fret. Teak has Merengue dancing on the second Friday of each month.
With the opening of the new Better Homes in Red Bank division about to make its debut, I get a feeling you will be seeing a lot more of me around town.

Where in the world is Sarah Bandy again??
Well technically I’m back from vacation but I just wanted to share some photos of my trip to Mexico.
I really had a wonderful time in Cancun and the hotel as well as the staff at The Hyatt Cancun Caribe were wonderful.
Another reason why I think it is fantastic to live in Colts Neck is the close proximity to all major airports.
Newark International Airport is approximately a 35 minute drive from Colts Neck, allowing easy access to the destination of your dreams.
After five relaxing days and a renewed spirit, I am back and ready to conquer the real estate market.
