It’s August and you know what that means right?
You guessed it! The fair is in town.
From August 14th through August 17th 2008, Bucks Mill Park will be transformed from a beautiful open field to a family wonderland, complete with rides, games, food and entertainment.
As all Colts Neckers know, this showcase event is a must attend for all.

On Tuesday evening the Jersey Shore looked as if it had been invaded by an army of individuals ready for battle as we all gathered along the shore line dressed in the same uniform, (white shirts and Khaki pants).
On lookers from the board walk stopped and stared and whispered amongst themselves.
As camera and film equipment were elevated high above the sky, the guesses were anything from a family reunion to a movie being filmed.
In reality, Better Homes agents from over 28 offices were on hand to take part in our annual beach party / company picture.
Rooney’s Crab House played host for the evening as we gathered afterwards for some fun with friends and co-workers.
For Marilyn and I, it was a chance to introduce ourselves and Better Homes in Colts Neck.
Colts Neck is the latest office to join the BHNJ family.
The backdrop for the evening could not have been any more beautiful.

“Come one, come all. Come with the kids, or come as you are.”
That calling came from the Chase bank family of Colts Neck.
This newly built branch office conveniently located on route 34 pass Delicious Orchards celebrated their Grande Opening in “Colts Neck Style.” today.
Many residents were on hand to show their support.
The Colts Neck Volunteer Fire Company No.2 came out to show their spirit.
JP Morgan Chase, a leading financial institution, continues to strengthen its leadership position by expanding into Monmouth County, New Jersey. Events like today exemplified the bank’s commitment to provide a personal touch to their customers needs. Chase employees were on hand to directly field any questions from simple checking issues to financial investments queries.
Large crowds gathered throughout the day to enjoy the elegant free buffet and children were entertained by the very talented balloon artist and the inflatable jungle gym.
Even the Chase Pup was on hand to greet visitors.
Fellow Keller Williams agent Marilyn D’ Angelo was the lucky recipient of a hug and kiss from the big dog himself.
Speaking of pups…..Rescue Ridge an all volunteer, non-profit, animal rescue group was on hand to bring to light the need to adopt homeless pets.
Blue skies, great friends, and amazing neighbors…..This is what Colts Neck is all about.

The Men’s Ministry is holding a “Pancake Breakfast” to Benefit the Colts Neck First Aid Squad.
Believe me when I tell you that their pancake’s will look better than these. I just wanted to show you what it would look like if they allowed me to cook.
If you want to have a great breakfast, meet some wonderful people and help a great cause than don’t miss out!
DATE: Saturday, March 15th 2008
TIME: 8:00am to 11:00am
PLACE: Colts Neck Community Church

The Colts Neck PTO invites everyone to enjoy a fantastic evening at their 25th Annual Spring Gala Event, titled. “Denim & Diamonds”.
On Wednesday, March 5th 2008 from 6:30pm till 10:30pm come and enjoy dinner, dancing and not to mention the fabulous gift basket raffle that will be on hand.
Branches Catering, located at 123 Monmouth Road, Route 71 in West Long Branch, New Jersey, will be the backdrop for this fantastic event.

Listen up Pups and Puppettes, 
I am excited to announce that I will be tagging along with Sarah to the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. I have cabin fever because I haven’t been out much. Sarah says “NO DOGS ALLOWED” on her Thursday caravans but this Sunday will be my BIG day.
Come join us at the Colts Neck Town Hall on Sunday, December 2nd at 4:30pm. Come and view the lighting of the Township Tree plus be entertained by my howling, OK, that’s a joke. Come and listen to the Navesink Brass who will be singing holiday carols and view the outstanding dance performances by the Colts Neck Dance Academy students.
Best of all, I hear Santa will be making a special appearance so make sure to bring the kids.
Free candy canes, hot chocolate and donuts. What could be better, other than a few dog bones but I like donuts too, make sure you drop a few by me.

What better way to start the holiday season than to attend the annual Spring Lake Candlelight Christmas Inn Tour.
On December 1st, 2007, from 3:30 to 7pm, eleven of Spring Lakes most beautiful Inn’s will open their doors to welcome those in search of some holiday cheer.
Each Inn will be dressed in an elegant and cleverly decorated holiday theme, completely done up from parlor to porch and of course there will be friends, music, candlelights and plenty of Christmas wishes.
If you are like me and love to follow in the foot steps of tradition then this is a must see for all. Let get together and help make the 18th annual Candlelight Christmas tour a huge success.

It’s official, Thompson Park Day is set for Sunday, October 14th 2007.
Aside from all fun games that will be held at the park, you and your canine will have the opportunity to register for the 4th Annual Strut Your Mutt Doggie Costume Contest.
The Friends of the Parks encourages you to bring your best doggie friend dressed for a chance to win excellent prizes!

Hi! I'm Tyler.
I'm always sitting under my Mom's desk as she does her Real Estate work.
No one knows who I am so I thought I'd create this blog and introduce myself.
I am a 4 year old Pomeranian. I share my home with my sister Tinkerbell, who happens to be a 3 year old T.Cup Pomeranian.
T.Cup is just a fancy term for “midget”. Tinkerbell is 3lbs; full grown; I know, I know, how cute, right?
I live in Colts Neck New Jersey and my mom is Sarah Bandy, a Real Estate agent who works for Better Homes Realty, the Colts Neck office.
