Dog roll please………The “Dog House Of the Month” for October is…. “The Legends” a development located in Monroe New Jersey.
Our homeowner graciously invited us into their home and we hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we enjoyed our visit.
This home sits majestically at the end of Legends Drive. The homeowners take great pride in keeping the exterior of the home in pristine condition as well as the inside.
The Living Room has the perfect mix of traditional and eclectic pieces of furniture and art work. The bold sage green paint color coupled with the chenille sofa are warm and inviting and will relax the weary spirit.
Directly across the way is the large Dining Room that has hosted many elegant affairs. When asked about the interesting use of colors in the room as well as throughout the house the homeowner proudly announced “ I didn’t invent color, I simply perfected it”.
The Great Room calls out to all music lovers by serenading visitors with a self playing Baby Grande Piano that usually has Mozart’s Piano Concerto Number. 23 vibrating throughout the home. The wall of windows shows off the perfect back drop, whether it be the moonlit night or the bursting sun rising over the horizon.
The Kitchen is conveniently located next to the Great Room. The homeowners had it custom built this way to allow easy access for wine connoisseur’s to enjoy a glass from the owners extensive collection which is housed in the 500 bottle capacity wine cooler.
The Basement is a must for any man of the house.
Gentlemen, please note that you will never be bored with a finished basement such as this one! Whether it be working out in your state of the art gym or having the boys over for a game of pool, your company will never want to leave. Then Why is it being featured on a Real Estate Blog you might ask? Good question.
As a Realtor, Sarah often comes across homes that grab her attention. Although they may not be for sale, she still likes them and as such would like to have the opportunity to share them with you.

Green Hill Estates is located in Colts Neck New Jersey. It is an 18- Hole Golf Course community featuring 20 homes in the development.
The double wing staircase welcomes all visitors to this over 7,000 square foot home.
The Great Room is surrounded by walls of windows allowing the sun to flow in and give the room a warm and inviting feeling. Walking out onto the patio from the Great Room is a breathtaking view of the golf course.
No need to call a decorator. The plants are the works of art in this room. The conservatory houses plants which range from the normal to the exotic.
A Gorgeous Kitchen with state of the art appliances, what’s not to love?This is truly a kitchen for someone that has a passion for cooking.

I'm always sitting under my Mom's desk as she does her Real Estate work.
No one knows who I am so I thought I'd create this blog and introduce myself.
I am a 4 year old Pomeranian. I share my home with my sister Tinkerbell, who happens to be a 3 year old T.Cup Pomeranian.
T.Cup is just a fancy term for “midget”. Tinkerbell is 3lbs; full grown; I know, I know, how cute, right?
I live in Colts Neck New Jersey and my mom is Sarah Bandy, a Real Estate agent who works for Better Homes Realty, the Colts Neck office.
