You may be wondering what a Best – Selling author and marketing genius like Seth Godin might have in common with a realtor from Colts Neck New Jersey, correct?
Well…..It’s a long story, and if you know me, you know that my stories usually are but I will try to make this short and painless.
Seth Godin was scheduled to deliver the keynote address in Atlanta Georgia for the Keller Williams Realty yearly convention known to all as “Family Reunion”
I was more than excited to say the least to hear Seth speak. I surely did not want to miss the author of 9 best selling books teach me how to set myself apart from the real estate pack and propel myself to “SUPER STARDOM”, well more SUPER than I already am but I digress.
I was staying on the 30th floor at the Westin hotel in Atlanta. On Tuesday February 12th, I awoke at 5:30am to find that there was NO HOT water in my hotel room. Somehow the power had gone out in part of the hotel. Not only were the boilers not working, the elevators were not working either. I was extremely upset, more so because I didn’t want to miss seeing Seth. I paced back and forth in my hotel room trying to come up with a solution to my problem. Surely Seth would give his speech to more than 8,000 Keller Williams agents and I would be the only one to miss him. Leaving without taking a shower was absolutely NOT an option for me!
Synergy is a funny thing. The stars must have been aligned on this particular day because little did I know that on the 67th floor of the same hotel, Seth Godin himself was facing the same predicament.
What are the chances that two people unknown to one another would be staying at the same facility and find themselves facing the same exact situation?
Ok, Ok, there might be a mathematical equation that proves that the chances are not that slim but far off enough to make my point compelling.
While Mr. Godin was concerned about how he would deliver his speech, I was concerned about how I was going to hear him give that speech.

I on the other hand did what any great and resourceful real estate agent would do. I requested a bucket, poured cold water through the coffee machine (no coffee filter of course!) collected enough burning hot water (approximately 45 mins) to combine with the cold water and was able to take a shower, get ready, walk down the 30 flights of stairs and still make it on time to see Seth Godin live and in person.
It was completely worth every ounce of effort that was put forth on my part to be able to witness this amazing Icon on that fateful day.
Synergy, Seth Godin and Sarah Bandy a real estate consultant from New Jersey, just may be kindred spirits….just maybe

I would like to thank all the agents, Keller and Non Keller agents that attended last night’s Keller Williams Jersey Shore’s first social of the year titled “Let’s Make 2008, GREAT!”.
We had so many people in attendance that we couldn’t fit them all into the shot yet I still wanted to share this picture with you because I consider each and every one of them a part my extended family.
Their strength, determination and confidence gives me the motivation to do what I do best. They truly are the epitome of what the Keller Williams cultural model was founded upon.
Last night was definitely the start of a Great 2008! Thank You All

It is that time of year again where all the agents at Keller Williams Realty the Jersey Shore office start their monthly social’s.
This Wednesday, January 23, 2008 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, we will kick off our first Networking Social of the year.
Titled “Let’s Make 2008, Great!!!” we encourage all agents to come together to network and learn from one another. We welcome any agent from any office to come and build lasting friendships. We are all here to support one another and succeed together.
Please Note: THIS IS NOT A RECRUITING EVENT.
There will be spirits, food, as well as, non-alcoholic beverages for all.

Hi! I'm Tyler.
I'm always sitting under my Mom's desk as she does her Real Estate work.
No one knows who I am so I thought I'd create this blog and introduce myself.
I am a 4 year old Pomeranian. I share my home with my sister Tinkerbell, who happens to be a 3 year old T.Cup Pomeranian.
T.Cup is just a fancy term for “midget”. Tinkerbell is 3lbs; full grown; I know, I know, how cute, right?
I live in Colts Neck New Jersey and my mom is Sarah Bandy, a Real Estate agent who works for Better Homes Realty, the Colts Neck office.
